We are happy to secure you a reserved pre-order item either by payment in full through our website or a small deposit made over the phone during business hours.
We are also more than happy to take reservations with a deposit in-store as we are always very happy to see customers in person.
Pre-ordered Items will be shipped or made available for collection as soon as they arrive.
A full refund will be given if a Pre-Order for any reason cannot be met or should you just wish to cancel.
